Afterwards At the same Vestry Mr Church Warden Leech moved
That an Order made the 16th Day of December 1762 for Lowering the
Ward Fines from £20 to £14 only be now Read and the same was
read accordingly

Church Warden
Ordered That the said Order of the 16th December 1762 be now Confirmed
It was also moved That an Order made the 7th Day of April last
for Raising the parish Fines for the Office of Church warden only
from £25 to £40 be now read and the same was read accordingly
Ordered that the said Order of the 7th Day of April last be now Confirmed
Maintenance
of Poor.
Then Mr Church Warden Leech acquainted the Gentlemen to present
That on the 15th of this Instant September he had received a Letter from

in Rose Lane Spital Fields
Complaining of the Dearness of provisions, and that he could not
pretend to keep the parish poor any longer without on Encrease of
Allowance made to him
Ordered That the said Letter be now read and the same was read
accordingly
Ordered That the Minister Church Wardens and Overseers of the
poor for the time being together with Mr Thomas Hunter< no role >
, Mr James
Dunn, Mr Henry Newton< no role >
and Capt
William Wylde< no role >
or any three of
them with the said Church Wardens be a Committe and are
hereby Empowered To Treat with the said Mr Birch and make the
best Terms they can with him for keeping the parish poor by
Allowing him a Gratuity for the next half year Commencing from
the first Day of October next without Prejudice to the Articles of
Agreement now Subsisting between him and this Parish

It was also Referred to the same Committee To Meet a Committee
that should be Appointed by the parish of St. Andrew
Hubbard, For
the more Effectual asartaining the Boundaries of this Parish and
Settling all Disputes concerning the same
Ordered That the said Committee do from time to time Report
their several proceedings to this Vestry.
