This Vestry was held pursuant to publick Notice given in
the Church for choice of Parish Officers for the Year ensuing and upon
other Affairs

Church Wardens

And Mr James Hebert< no role > Junior being first in Nomination was
put up to Serve the Office of Upper Church Warden for the year
ensuing and chose

Then Mr John Phillibrown< no role > was put in Nomination to Serve
the Office of under Church Warden for the year ensuing and chose
But It was Moved on behalf of Mr Phillibrown that he might be
admitted to Fine for the said Office and being Seconded the Question was
put on the said Motion and past in the Affirmative

Ordered That Mr John Phillibrown< no role > be excused from Serving
the Office of Under Church Warden on paying the Fine of £25 only
having before served the Office of Collector

Then Mr Aeneas Mc Millan was put up to Serve the Office of
Under Church Warden in the Room of Mr Phillibrown and Excused
for one year being (as he alledged) to remove soon out of the Parish

Then Mr Francis Leach< no role > was put up to Serve the Office of
Under Church Warden for the year ensuing and chose

Collectors of
Poor Rate
Sidesmen .

Then Mr William Kippax< no role > and Mr John Haydon< no role > were
severally put in Nomination to Serve the Offices of Collectors for
the poor and Sidesmen for the year ensuing and chose

Organist

Then Mr John Bennett< no role > was put up for Organist for the
year ensuing and chose

Engine keeper

Then Mr John Cooper< no role > was put up for keeper of the Fire
Engines for the year ensuing and chose
