Property.
This Vestry was held pursuant to Publick Notice given in the Church
And Mr Church Warden Hebert from the Committee appointed to
View the Parish House at Collier Row and the present state and Condition
of the Repairs Reported that the Committee had been down and Viewd.
the same and found the House and premisses in a great want of Repair
and therefore had given Notice in Writing to
John Lord< no role >
the present
Tenant to repair the same according to the Covenants in his Lease
but he refuses so to do
Ordered than an Order of Vestry made the 25th day of September
last relating to the said House and premisses at Collier Row be now
read and the same was read accordingly
Then the Report of the said Comittee was taken into Consideracon
and after some time spent thereon Mr Henry Newton< no role >
Moved That
it might be referred to the same Comittee to take such methods as
the Law directs to Oblige the said John Lord< no role >
to repair the said
House and premisses according to the Covenants in his Lease, Or in
Default thereof to get possession and that the Committee shoud be
Indemnifyed for so doing by this Vestry. And being Seconded by Mr
Maynard the Question was put on the said Motion and past in the
Affirmative
Ordered That it be referred to the same Committee to take such
Methods As the Law directs to Oblige the said John Lord< no role >
to repair the
said House and premisses according to the Covenants in the Lease, Or
in Default thereof to recover Possession and that the said Comittee
shoud be Indemnifyed for so doing by this Vestry
