Collier Row
Property.

A Complaint being made to this Vestry That the Parish House
and Land at Collier Row (let upon Lease to John Lord< no role > ) was not kept
in Tenantable Repair according to the Covenants in the Lease
It was thereupon Moved by Mr George Maynard< no role > that a Committee
be appointed to View the State and Condition of the Repairs of the
said premisses, and see if any Incroachments have been made
thereon. And being Seconded, the Question was put on the said Motion
and Agreed to

Ordered that the present Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor be a Committee for that purpose And that they report their
Opinion to the next Vestry

Encroachment
on North
Church Yard

Then Mr Church Warden Wilde acquainted the Vestry Of an
Incroachment lately made by striking out a New Light in the Back
part of a House in the passage in Leaden Hall Markett now called
the Rose and Crown and looking into the North Church Yard

It was thereupon Ordered that the Church Wardens shoud
give Notice to Mr Deputy Long or who else may be the Owner or
proprietor of the said House to remove such Incroachment
