Church Wardens

And Capt William Wilde< no role > being first in Nomination was put
upto Serve the Office of Upper Church Warden for the year
ensuing and Chose

Then Mr James Hebert< no role > Junr was put up to Serve the Office of
Under Church Warden for the year ensuing and Chose

Collectors of
Poor Rate and
Sidesmen .

Then Mr Richard Oswald< no role > being next in Nomination was
put up to Serve the Offices of Collector for the poor and Sidesman
But excused for one year being in Germany

Then Mr Francis Leach< no role > and Mr John Hayward< no role > were severally
put in Nomination to Serve the Offices of Collectors for the poor
and Sidesmen for the year ensuing and Chose

Organist

Ordered That Mr John Bennet< no role > be continued Organist for
the Year ensuing.

Engine Keeper

Ordered That Mr John Cooper< no role > be continued Keeper of the
Fire Engines for the Year ensuing

Sextoness

Then Sarah Parker< no role > This name instance is in set 1455. was put up three several times for
Sextoness of this parish for the year ensuing but not one
hand appearing for her at either of the said times She was
Set up, Mr Church Warden Newton declared the place of
Sextoness to be vacant

Ordered that Friday the 3d of April next at Six o Clock in
the Afternoon be the time appointed for the Choice of a Sexton
or Sextoness of this parish And that publick Notice given
in the Church for that purpose

Parish Clerk

Ordered that Mr John Winter< no role > Oswin the parish Clerk be
Allowed a Sum not exceeding the Sum of Nineteen pounds
Nineteen Shilings to be paid to him by the Church Warden for
one year only to Comence from Ladyday last As a Gratuity only
and not as a fixed Salary Upon Condition that he dont presume
to Collect any Money or Voluntary payment from ye parishioners
In lieu of wages and that he constantly Attends and discharges
the Dutys of his place as parish Clerk upon All Occasions

Auditors

Ordered That Mr George Maynard< no role > Mr Peter Pope< no role > , Mr
Richard James< no role > Mr John Perkins< no role > and Mr James Dunn< no role > or any
three of them be Appointed Auditors to Audit the Account of
Mr Henry Newton< no role > the same to be Audited in one Month
