be at Liberty to offer
himself as Candidate for the place of Organist of St John's
Chapel Bedford Row
or else where without Prejudice to
him as Organist of this Parish saving the Parish Rights
of Choosing an Organist annually in Easter Week
Provided That If Mr John Bennet< no role >
shoud Succeed in
his Election and be Chosen Organist of St John's Chapel
in
Bedford Row
or any other Church or Chapel He is
nevertheless to Attend and Officiate in Person as Organist
of this Parish every other Sunday and on other usual
Festivals But in Case he shoud not Succeed then the Orders
of the 27th July 1749 and 2d April 1752 and every part thereof
are to stand and remain in full force
And Mr Bennet was then call'd in and Mr Church
Warden James acquainted him with the Resolutions of this
Vestry.
And Mr Bennet desired his humble Thanks might
be accepted for the Favour and Kindness shewn him on
this Occasion.
