Overseers of the Poor
for the year ensuing
Auditors
Ordered, that Mr. Dod, Mr. Lancaster, Mr. Tombs, and
Mr. Lampkin, late Overseers, Mr. Rutt, Mr. Green and Mr.
Irvine, or any three of them be appointed Auditors to audit
Mr. Church Warden Laytons General Account, the same to
be audited in one Month after Ascension day.
Pews
Mr. Church Warden Hunter moved That no Inhabitants
in future be allowed to have the use of a Pew to himself and
Family without paying an annual Acknowledgment of Half
a Guinea, or One Gunea for the same, at the discretion of the
Church Wardens And being seconds, the Question was put
and carried in the Affirmative And the same was ordered
accordingly.
Window Curtain
Mr. Church Warden Hunter took notice that the Window
Curtain facing the Pulpit was out of Order, and he was of
opinion it would be better to have the Window painted, and
the Curtain taken away which meeting the general
approbation of the Vestry it was ordered to be done.
The Vestry was then adjourned until another Summons
