The Minutes of the Last Vestry of the 1st. Septr.
respecting the Church Rate and the Minutes of the
5th inst. relative to the Statement of Mr. Church-
Warden Gibbs Account were severally read.
Mr. Church Warden Gibbs then acquainted the
Gentlemen present, that this Vestry was held
pursuant to public notice given in the Church
for the annual election of Parish Officers.
