The Minutes of the last Vestry of the 11th. Janry being
read, Mr. Church Warden Woodmass acquainted the
Gentlemen present that this Vestry was held pursuant
to Public notice given in the Church for the annual
Election of Parish Officers, and on other affairs.

Church Wardens

Then Mr. Joseph Barber< no role > was put up to serve the
Office of Upper Church Warden for the Year ensuing and
Chose.

Fine for Church
Warden

Mr. Joseph Richardson< no role > then delivered in at the
Table a written paper, purporting to be a Motion that
the Fine for Church Warden might be lower'd to Twenty
Guineas, which might induce many Gentlemen to Fine
and be the means of reducing the Taxes of the Parish.
but this Motion being thought at the time irregular,
as interfering with the Election, it was not seconded.

Then Mr. William Arch< no role > This name instance is in set 1505. (one of the People called
Quakers) was put up to serve the Office of Under
Church Warden for the year ensuing and Chose.

Collectors of
Poor Rate
Sidesmen

Then Mr. Samuel Holland< no role > , and Mr. Robert
Gosling were severally put up to serve the Offices of
Collectors of the Poor's Rate and Sidesmen and Chose

Organist
Organ Tuner< no role >

Ordered that Mr. John Bennett< no role > be continued
Organist, and Mr. George Griffin< no role > Tuner and Cleaner
of the Organ for the year ensuing.

Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was then put up and Chose Sexton
Bellows Blower and Parish Warder And It was Order
that Ten Guineas be given to him as a Gratuity over
and above his Salary for his service during the past
Year.
