Mr. Church Warden Theed Acquainted the Gentlemen
present that the End of this Meeting was to choose
Ward Officers for the Year ensuing Vizt. Constables
Scavengers and Inquestmen

from Serving the Offices of
Constable Scavenger &
Inquestman for one Year
on his Undertaking to Serve
or Fine for the Same the
next Year without further
Notice or being called upon.

And Mr. Thomas Baxter< no role > being first in Nomination was
putt up to Serve the Offices of Constable Scavenger and
Inquestman for the Year ensuing, But Mr. Baxter
being heard in his Place Desired to be Excused from
serving the said Offices for this Year and Undertook to
Serve or Fine for the said Offices the next Year without
further Notice or being called upon And Mr Baxters< no role >
Request being taken into Consideration It was Ordered
by a Majority of the Gentlemen present That Mr. Baxter< no role >
be now Excused from Serving the said Offices for this Year
upon his Undertaking to Serve or Fine for the Same the
next Year without further Notice or being called upon.

Then Mr. Richard Froome< no role > was putt in Nomination to Serve
