Afterwards a Motion was made concerning the
house in Phillpott Lane whereof Mr. Hutchins is Tennt: and
upon a long Debate It was put to the Vote and resolved that the
said Messuage should not be lett for any longer Lease till near
the Expiration of the present Lease whereof Ten Year's and a
halfe are Yet to come:

Then It was put to the Vote and referr'd to such
Parishioners that had served or Fyned for Church Warden or
any 5 of them should audite the Accounts of Mr: Thos. Browne< no role >
Upper Church Warden within One Month after the Date hereof

Entd Apr:4:1719 & Mr:

And Lastly a Motion was made that it would be a great
Prejudice to Mr. James Newton< no role > to advance money to pay the
till the same should be Collected whereupon It was put to
the Vote and Ordered that the said Mr. Newton should borrow
money of Depty. Hankey to releives the sd. Poore of this Parish And
that the said Mr. Hankey should be reimbursed the same so
poore as money should be Collected on the Poores rate:

upper Church Warden for the Distribucon of the Charitable
Gifts given by the severall worthy and well Disposed Persons
following (that is to say) by Sr: Robert Clarke< no role > Forty shillings
by Mr. Wareham Seven shillings and Six pence by Mr. Deane
three shillings and four pence which said Sumes amount
in the whole to Two pounds ten shillings and ten pence
and was Distributed as on the other Side
