Vizt: Scavingers Constables Inquestmen & Comon Councell
men for the Yeare ensueing

Mr. Jno. Thomas chose Sea:
Constable & Inquestman

First was Nominated Mr. John Thomas< no role > to serve
Scavinger Constable & Inquestman for the Yeare ensueing
whereupon It was put to the Vote and he was chosen
accordingly

Mr. Richd: Hayes chose Scavinger
Constable & Inquestman

Then was Nominated Mr. Richd. Hayes< no role > to serve
Scavinger Constable and Inquestmen for the Yeare
ensueing And he being likewise put to the Vote was also
chosen accordingly

Mr. Wm. Holloway chose 2d Yeare
Inquestman

Then were put in Nominacon Mr: Wm. Holloway< no role >
Junr : & Mr. James Spackman< no role > to serve Second Yeares Inquestman
for the Yeare ensueing whereupon they were severally put to
the Vote and the Choice fell on Mr: Willm. Holloway< no role > Junr.

Mr. Thomas fined £12 for Ward
Offices

Afterwards Mr. Thomas desired that he might
be admitted to Fyne for the aforesaid Offices and it being put
to the Vote and Agreed unto that he should be exempted from
the same paying the Usuall Fyne of Twelve pounds which
he promis'd to pay accordingly.

[..] all Fynes Ye shall be reced for Ye
[..] where be appropriated towds.
paymt. of Mr. Hankey.

Then a Motion was made That Whereas this Pish
was considerably Indebted to Depty. Hankey And that severall
Fynes for Ward and Parish Offices are reced a from divers
Inhabitants in this Parish Yearly And for redeeming the Pish from
the aforesaid Debt it was put to the Vote and Agreed that
whatever Fynes should be paid & reced either for Pish or ward Offices
