Mr Coatesworth & Mr Fryon
upwd to fine for all Ward

usuall Fynes of twelve pounds apeece.

Then William Coatesworth Esquire and Mr Rowland Tryon desired to
fyne for all Ward and Parish Offices and were admitted accordingly paying
the usuall fynes of two and twenty pounds apeece.

Mr Hicks excused for one
yeare his wife having been
6 months, Sick

Then Mr William Hicks< no role > being next in Courst was put up for Scavenger
Constable and Inquestman and chosen But his Wife haveing been sick six
months at this Request, he was excused for one yeare.

Then Mr Edward Harward< no role > was put up for Scavenger and Chosen
Mr Joseph Hayward< no role > was put up for Scavenger and was also Chosen

Mr Harward & Mr Hayward
were Constables

Then Mr Edwd. Harward< no role > and Mr Joseph Hayward< no role > were put up for
Constables and were both chosen.

Mr Tayer & Mr Louch chosen
second year Inquestman
Mr Louch excused for 1 year

Then Mr Phillip Louch< no role > and Mr Richard Sayer< no role > were put up and chosen for
Second years Inquestman, But Mr Louch desireing to be excused for one
year, he was excused accordingly.

Mr. Harward fined for
Ward Officers £10.

Then Mr Harward was put up and chosen Inquestman for his first year
Whereupon he desired to fine for all Ward Offices and was admitted paying the
usuall fine of ten pounds.

Mr Hayward< no role > fined for all
Ward offices £10.

Then Mr Joseph Hayward< no role > requested the Vestry to fine for all Ward Offices
and was admitted paying the usuall fine of ten pounds.

Mr Davies fined for all
Ward Offices £10
Mr Munn fined for all
Ward Offices £8 as at
Victualler

Then Mr Richard Davies< no role > and Mr Anthony Munn< no role > were severally put up and
chosen Scavengers Constables and Inquestmen, And they both desired to
fine for all Ward Offices and were admitted Mr Davies paying the usuall
fine of ten pounds, and Mr Munn as Victualler eight pounds.

Mr Tirrill fined
for all Ward Officers

Then Mr Richard Tirrill< no role > and Mr William Fleming< no role > were putt up and chosen for
Scavengers Constables and Inquestmen, And Mr Tirrell desireing to fine
for all Ward Offices was admitted paying the usuall Fine of Ten pounds.

Then Mr Henry Wilkin< no role > was put up and chosen for Scavenger Constable
and Inquestmen.

Goodlad and Mr Parnell and were all Chosen to be presented to the Ward mote

Ordered that thanks be given to William Coatsworth< no role > Esquire for his generous
Offer to pay £22. fine for all Ward and parish Offices, he being a Member
of Parliament.

Mr Wichell late Upper Churchwarden in regard of his Charge desired the
Vestry to accept of twenty pounds to be paid downe in discharge of the Ballance
