cheifly for the Choice of ward officers to serve for ye yeare Ensueing
(vizt) Scavengrs Constables Inquestmen & Comon Councell men
But in Respect there was a Vacancey of a Sidesmen by the
Death of Mr Bazill Foster there was putt in Nominacon
for Sidesman these Psons following (vizt) Mr James Jacobs< no role >
Mr Jno Lamb< no role > and Mr Thomas Metcalff< no role > and being severally:
putt to the Vote the Choyce Fell< no role > upon Mr James Jacobs< no role >

Mr Jacobs Fined for all Pish
Offices ye Sume £12

Then Mr James Jacobs< no role > requested ye Vestry that he might be
admitted to Fyne for all Pish offices (vizt) Collectors for ye poore
Sidesman & Churchwarden which being put to ye Vote it was agreed
Mr Jacobs might Fyne for the sd office he paying the usuall
Fyne of Twelve pounds wch he paid accordingly

Mr Lamb chosen Sidesman
for the remaineing part of the
spare

Then Mr Jno Lamb< no role > was Choosen Sidesman for the
Remaineing part of Yeare

Constables & Inquestmen

chosen into all said offices

Then they proceeded to the Choice of ward offices and there was
putt in Nominacon for Scavengrs Constables & Inquestman these

putt to the Vote and were by the Majority chosen in to the
said offices

putt to the Vote and unanimously allowed that the sd Psons
Should be admitted to Fine, they paying the Sume of Tenn Pounds
Each forty Respective Fyne which they severally paid
accordingly
