upon choring we found all possible care was taken
of her during her Illness

Patient at the Infirmary

Henry Walbank< no role > having recover'd her health & desiring
to be discharged the Home we agreed to ye. same & order'd him
some proper cloathing & paid the Expence of his going in ye Waggon
to Leicter & gave him different to bear his charges
Eliz: Gemler< no role > was call'd in & Severely reprimanded for her
elopment from ye Home & her informous Behaviour
