Upon a Complaint that the Meat allowance of the
poor was lessened (Messrs. Hughes & Phillips not being
at home) desired Mr.. Hughes & Wm. Phillips< no role > might be
called, who both assured us that the allowance was the
same as several the poor being severally examined
confirm the same. concluded that the said report
was false.
