Ordered That the sd. four Persons called into the Court of Assistants
(having paid five pounds each) shall be excused from serving the
Office of Renter Warden. & their Precedence saved to them for being
putt in Election for Middle Warden from this time £20-0s-0d

E. Indias Bond £200
purchased

One East India Bond for Two hundred pounds bought by the Renter Warden
for Principall Interest & Brocage for one hundred ninety six pounds &
twelve shillings was putt into the Chest & his Note taken out & delivered
to him (No.10807 Dated ye. 15th. of December 1718) so remaines in his
hands fourty four pounds & nineteen shillings & a Note for One &
twenty pounds which was not returned.

Intrest. of £200. S. Sea
Bond.

The Renter Warden reported that the he had received Tenn pounds for Interest
of Two hundred pounds South Sea Bonds due at Midsumer 1720. the Bonds
were returned & putt into the Chest and his Note delivered to him.

Lease to Collis of an
House in Hog Lane

Ordered that a Lease With comon Covenants be granted to Henry Collis< no role >
Currier of an house in Hog Lane now in the possion of Faircloth
late of Jacker for eleven Years from Xtmas. next at the yearly.
Rent of thirteen pounds payable quarterly. Henry Collis paid in Earnest
One pound & one Shilling, & if the Tenant does not quitt possion at
Xtmas. next, the money to be returned.
