Consented that John Taylor< no role > be turnd over to
Thomas Hadden< no role > Carpenter .

Mr Warren

Ordered that Mr. Peter Warren< no role > be Sumonsd agst
next Court day to Shew cause why he don't appear to
make his Apprentice free and also to pay his
Quarteridges.

Naylor

Consented that Norman Naylor< no role > ye. late Apprentice
of Henry Morris< no role > Deced be turnd over to Thomas
Shephard
< no role > Citizen & Leatherseller . but a Carpentr .

£40. To Mr. Carter
abt ye Law Suit.

Ordered That if there be not money enough in
Mr. Wilkinsons hands to pay Mr. Carter forty Pounds
to carry on ye. Companys Suit and ye. Same Shall be
required Then the Renter Wardens is to make up
the same.

be repaird

Ordered that the two houses by the hall be
forthwith put into Tenantable repair by Mr Warden
Boucher and that Mr. Warren & Mr. Dennett be
desired to inspect and give directions from time
to time what repairs & and amendments shall be
done thereto and that nothing Shall be done but
what they Shall direct and appoint

to repair & amend

Ordered that all necessary repairs & amendments be
done to ye. house & Washouse the Clerk lives in especially to amend
the Kitchen Chimney & all the Glass Windowes & Whiten ye.
house.

Bonds taken out of
the Chest.

By Consent of ye. Court and in the Prsence of Severall
of them ye. following five Bonds were taken out of the
Compas. Iron Chest and Deliverd to Mr. Warden Boucher
to receive ye. Interest due on them Vizt.
