Eight hundred Pounds South Sea Annuities then due

out of the Principall sume of Eight hundred Pounds South Sea Annuities

And further reported that he had reced Twenty seven Pounds seven shillings and ten pence
three farthings of the Ironmongers Company for a Dividend on the Irish Estate

be desired to go to Acton to view an Estate there in order to purchase the same and to make
their report to the next Court

Lease sealed to Mr Kent

This Day the Company sealed a Lease to Samuell Kent< no role > Esqr of a house and prmisses in
Lymestreete late in the possion of Mr Lyndsey Comencing from Lady day 1733 for 21 Yeares
under the yearly rent of £80 payable Quarterly and the said Samuell Kent executed a
Counterpart thereof to this Company

of this Court) executed a Deed of Trust to Sixteene new Trustees of three houses in the
