Memorandum It is this 3d. day of July 1750 Agreed between the Worshipfull Company of
Carpenters London of the One part And Joseph Brookes< no role > of Norton Falgate in the parish of Saint Buttolph
without Bishops gate Weaver of the other part In Manner following the said Company Doth hereby agree to
Lett by Lease to the said Joseph Brookes< no role > All that Messuage or Tenement Scituate in Hog Lane in Norton
Falgate now in the possion of the said Joseph Brookes< no role > To Hold for the Term of One & Twenty Yeares from
Michaelmas day which will be in the Year of our Lord 1751. Att the Yearly Rent of Sixteen pounds payable
Quarterly with such usuall Covenants as are Incerted in the said Companys Leases And the said Joseph
Brookes
< no role > doth hereby agree to Take a Lease of the said Messe or Tenement of the said Company upon the Terms
abovemenconed And to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to the Company when the same shall be offered
And the said Joseph Brookes< no role > to Confirm the said agreement hath paid to Mr. Warden Denning
in part of the First quarters Rent then next Ensueing Witness his hand the day & Year abovemenconed
