The Committee taking into Consideration the Situation of Henry
Foster
< no role > Apprentice to Jeremiah Carter< no role > one of the Artsmasters and
now unhappily a Convict in Newgate direct the Clerk to acquaint
the Governor by whom he was recommended and his Parents of the same
and request them immediately to consider of some method of providing for him.
