The Committee took into [..] consideration [..] a recom
mendation of the Revd. Mr Dillon Bowen respec [..]

a distressed woman prisoner, & upon their our
observation agree that she deserves particular care, & therefore
order her a permission to be continued in the house till she may be able
return to her Mother with such accommodations as Mr
Bowen & Mr Haslam may direct, if in the mean time
there should be no Sub Committee
Then the recommendation of the Sub-Comee. of Decr. [..]
of erecting a Chimney in the Spare Room, which it is
agreed to postpone till after an inquiry into the pro
bable expence of the alteration
Also the Recommendn. of the Sub Comee. of 11th. decr relating to [..]
high Price of bread; best it being found that the
prisoners in general preferr'd their present allowance to the
intended substitution of coarser bread, nothing from
