By the Calendar of the Prisoners there appeared to be

Sub.Committees- Proceedgs.
of Confirmed.The Proceedings of the intervening Sub-Committees since the 8th.
of January last were read and confirmed.

Mr. Crowther attending upon the Subject of the Minute of the
30th. January.

That whenever it shall appear to the Surgeon or Apothecary of
this Hospital, that a Prisoner Committed for a pass is so
disordered as to be incapable of being passed to his or her Parish,
he shall forthwith certify the same under his Hand to the Lord
Mayor, or to the Magistrate at Guildhall, requesting the Magistrate
to send the Prisoner disordered to one of the City Hospitals for
Cure, And that one of the Beadles of this Hospital shall
deliver the said Certificate to the Lord Mayor, or to the Magistrate
Sitting at the place from whence the Prisoner was Committed.

And it appearing from Mr. Crowther's Statement that the Practice
recommended in that Resolution has been hitherto generally
pursued when the case required it, the committee think it
unnecessary to proceed further on the Subject.

Pass People-Surgeon
& Apothecary to prepare
Report respectingUpon information from Mr. Crowther that Pass Prisoners were
after Brought to this Hospital in a desparate State of Filth, and
covered with Vermin, it is recommended to Mr. Crowther and Mr. Haslam to prepare a Report of some proper method of preventing the inconveniencies occasioned thereby.
