Consideration a Plan proposed by Captn. Stirling
one of the Governors for employing the Prisoners
committed to this Hospital in picking Oakam

It is Ordered that the further Consideration
thereof be postponed to the next Committee &
that Inquiry be made in the Interim in
what manner this Work is carried on.
