Cutlashes to be put in a
Case behind the Door in
the Watch house.

It is Ordered that the Cutlashes
be put in a Case behind the Door in the
Watch house-

Prisoners no one permitted
to see them but at
particular hours.

Prisons no Spirituous
Liquors to be carried
into them.

It is Ordered that no Person in future
be permitted to see any of the Prisoners in this
Hospital but from the Hours of 8 to 9 in the
Morning and from 12 to 1 at Noon and then
only in the Presence of one of the Beadles, the
Porters Man or the Hempdresser and one of the
Soldiers(so long as they Continue on Duty)and
that no one Prisoner be suffered to Converse with
more than one Person in a Day and then only for
half an Hour And it is further, Ordered
that no Spirituous Liquors be permitted to be
carried into the Prisons on any pretence whatever
and if either of the Beadles, the Porters Man, or
Hempdresser shall Disobey this Order That
Application shall be made to the next General
Court in Order to his being discharged And
