May the 2:1699 :

At a meeting of the Antients of the Pish in the Vestry
House it was then Voted and agreed unto by there
whose Names are heare Under Written
That there shall be no perambulation be Kept holy
Thursday for this Yeare 1699
It is further Ordered that Sute of Law Comenced now against
Mr Edward Holmes< no role > & Mr John Reynor< no role > . the Charge there of shall
be borne by the Pishoners and Paid by the Renter Churchwarden
for the time being to be allowed them in their Accounts
that the proposalls in Writing made by the Impropriator and
now Read at this Vestery is by them Judged Unreasonable and
are Rejected,
