At a meeting of the Antients of the parish in the Vestry House
whose names are here Under Written; it was then Ordered and a
greed, that the four Churchwardens with Mr Depty Coles,

Should be Comitty; for to Consult and manage a Sute of Law
now Depending betweene Mr Bruster Impropriator, and the parish
in the Best way and meanes, for the Defending & maintaining
of the Rights and privileges of the foresaide parish of Aldgate
and three of them to be of the; Quorum; on of the three; to be one
of the four Churchwardens, and theire Expences & Charges (about
the saide side of Law) from time to time & at all times about
the said Law: shall be paid by the Renter Churchwardens: and
it shall be Allowed them again in their Accoumpts
Ordered like wise by the same Gentlemen then in the Vestry
that all Bookes Writtings of the parish or the Wards; should
be put in & Kept in Each Chest, in the Vestry and not
Elcewheare; in witnes here of wee have subscribed [..] the
Antients then present
