Ordered That the managemt. of this Parish
Right to the shop and Cellar under the Vestry house
which was built at the Parish Charge with leant
from the Ordinary and the meanes by Lanoor
otherwise for the obteyning or Recovery of the Possision
thereof be wholly left to the Churchwardens Mr
Holmes and Mr. Rayner and their Successors Rent
Churchwardens for the time being who are authorized
to disburse moneys in Order there unto And their
charges and expences therein shall be allowed upon
their Accompt from time to time and they saved
harmles and kept Indempnified from all damages
therein by the Rents and benefitts of the said Parish
And they may Call Such of the Antient Inhabitants
of the said Parish to their Assistance as they shall
think fitt.
