in Houndsditch and the House Adjoining Southward
Over the Gateway both belonging to the Parish and
Let on Lease to Mr. John Sussex< no role > which Lease
will expire 5th April 1767 Appeared at this
meeting proposed to take a Lease (of the Feoffees)
of the premisses for 21 Years to Commence from the
Expiration of the present Lease under which he now
Holds the same at the Clear Yearly Rent of £16 payable
Quarterly under the same Covenants (Except as to the
Rent) as are Contained in his said present Lease
and to Execute a Counterpart of such New Lease on
or before Lady Day next and to put the same Premes
into Good and Sufft. repair and to expend in such
repairs the Sum of £100 at least within 12 Months from
the Commencement of his said intended Lease and the
said Lease and Counterpart thereof to be at the expence
of the said John Wenham< no role > which proposals the Feoffees
Agreed to and Order'd that such New Lease & Counterpt
be prepared by Mr: Fisher the Vestry Clerk
