Read and Confirmed the Minutes of the last Vestry
The Assignment from the surviving old Feoffees to the new
and the Deed of Trust from the new Feoffees to 12 Trustees on Behalf
of the Parish were now laid before the Vestry and approved, and
the same were executed by several of the Feoffees and Trustees
present, and Ordered to be compleated

Ordered that the Churchwardens excute a Bond of Indemnity to
Mr John Forbes< no role > in the £60 on paying Do Reed's Legacy of £30 for the
use of the Poor of this Parish

The Renter Chuchwardens acquainted the Vestry that they shall
not have sufficient Moneys come to their Hands during their
Wardenship to pay and discharge their several Churchwardenship
Expences, by 30. or £40 And therefore applyed to this Vestry to
consider on proper Methods for paying the same Whereupon
on debating the Matter It is Resolved to recommend it to the
next Vestrys to be held for the respive Parts of this Parish to
