before the Expiration of this Lease

Mrs. Ann Bovey< no role > attended & gave in the following
Proposalls for the two Houses in ye. High Street in the
Butcher Row in White Chapel which have been adve [..]
for some time part to be Lett on a repairing or Building
Lease (vizt) that she would take the same on a Building
Lease for 61 years & pay Fine of £250; & a Ground Rent of £2 P
Annum, which Proposal the Feoffees did not Approve of
and she being called in a gain to mend the Proposals said she
wod. pay a Fine of £150 & agred. Rent of £10 a year
but the Feoffees did not Approve of this Proposal

Mr Francis Hill< no role > who at a Meeting of the Feoffees [..]
the 17th. March last Agreed to take [..] a Building Lease for Sixty one years [..]
Lady day then last of the peice of
Ground in Hounsditch on the East side thereof in the
Parish whereon three Houses lately Stood, faller down
formerly in Lease to Mr Shakerley [..] Under the
yearly Rent of £4:4 payable quarterly, which Has not
yet been built nor has he or any other Person for him accepted
such Lease thos the same has been tendered to him appeared and
desired to be excused from the same which the Feoffees taking in [..]
Consideration Agreed to Give him one Years time more for the building
ye Premes & accepting of such Lease or to procure a proper person
to their Approbation within that time to do the same, to payments
Ground Rent already due and to grow due for the [..] Remi [..]
in the Mean time.

Adjourned to this day fortnight at 3 o' Clock in
the Afternoon
