present Engines [..] are or which may hereafter belong to either
part of this Parish and that the Expences which may be incurred
by means of an Accident by Fire happening within this Parish
shall be paid and born by the upper Churchwardens of that Part
of this Parish wherein such Fire shall happen.

Whereas at a Vestry of the whole Parish held on the 15th. day
of November 1733 It was Ordered that Seven Feoffees of the
Parish lands should have Power to Grant any Lease or Leases
of the Parish Estate as they should think fit to agree upon Now
the said Number of Seven Feoffees having been found by
Experience to be very difficult to be got together to do business
by the reason of the death of some and removal of other Feoffees
It is now Ordered and Agreed that for the future Five Feoffees
shall have full Power to act in Managing & letting of the
Parish Estates according to the Deed of Feoffees at farnedmade to the
present Feoffees.
