Mr. Churchwarden Watts acquainted the Vestry that [..]
of the Inhabitants were apprehensive of great Danger from some [..]
the Church, wanting to be repaired and that he had with Severall [..]
Inhabitants taken a View of the same And that upon such View [..]
of the Church appeared to them to be in a very ruinous Condition

Whereupon after Several debates had upon the affair [..]
unanimously agreed that the Churchwardens Do make it the req [..]
this Vestry that Mr. Colebatch Mr. Price Mr. Rogers and Mr. Steve [..]
upon Mr. Dance the City Surveyor to Desire him to take an Immediate
of the Church and to Report the same with his Opinion to the next
which the Churchwardens are desired to call as soon as possible

Mr. Common Councilman Bridgman delivered to the Vestry
he had received from the Reverend Mr. Kynaston the Impropriator
to his Demand of Commemorations and that he desired a Rail might
in the Lower Church Yard to distinguish those that bog the Ground from
that pay the Buryall Dues which Letter was by this Vestry referred to [..]
of Commemorations

Ordered that Mr. Hawkes and Mr. Atkinson's Renter Church
Account be audited next Vestry and at the same time Mr. Jarvis [..]
Atkinson's Renter Accounts

Ordered that the Lease of the House in Leadenhall Street
Executed at the same time

At a Vestry held for the whole Parish on Monday the Third
October 1740 In the Vestry Room in the Church
