Orderd & Agreed That the Parish Diall shall bee
speedily Repaird & quilded in the best manner & the Church
wardens are hereby Authorized to Treat & Agree with a
proper person or persons to Doe it upon the best terms
they Can.

And it is Farther Agreed That the Present Church
wardens Doe pay unto yere Bentham Thirteen pounds
& take A proper Discharge form him in Full of all
demands & bee to Deliver unto them On Oath all the
Parish writeings in his Custody [..]
