Mr: Deputy Reported from ye. Committe that Mr: Hubland
objectted against ye. Security offered him for the hundred Pounds
Ord: that Enquiry be made for a Sufficient Purchase for
his satisfacttion

Ord: that Dtr: Kennett be Summond to all Parish Vestry

Ord: that ye further Consideration relateing to Dtr: Kennetts
Pretentions to ye: Late Dr: Hollingsworths Pew be Determind
by another Vestry

Ord: that there be No Publick Preambulation but only
the boys to go the rounds & have bread & Points as Usual
the Marks to be putt up & servants paid for there Trabel

Ord: that a Committe be appointed to examine the
Commemoration book which are as followeth Mr. Gifford
Mr: Tod Mr: Brent for the upper end Mr: Crofoot
Mr: Cook Mr: Grunsell for the Lower end

Ord: that the Churchwardens go to Mr: Belitha & acquaint
him that ye. Vestry expects he should give satisfacttion for ye:
Damige Occationed by ye: Droping of ye. Eves of his houses
into ye: Churchyard & in Case of Refusall Lathers to be
fastned against ye. Windows to prevent his tennents Makeing
the Churchyard Common
