pursuant Order of last Making Sarah Culling< no role > was
on the 25th. day of May last sent to Nurse Harris at

was sent to Nurse Warwell near the May pole on
Epping Forest

Further that William Hill< no role > mentioned in
the Minutes of the last Meeting was discharged out of
the Workhouse with his Accnt on the 26th day of April
last, and that William King< no role > and William Baker< no role > mentioned also in the
Minutes of the last Meeting house been discharged out
of the Workhouse with their respective Mothers (Vizt.) the
