of the Age of one year & three Months or thereabouts who
was admitted into the Workhouse on the 3d. Instant have
been likewise sent to the Before mentioned Children to
be Nursed & taken Case of Vizt. Knowles on the 1st. Instant
& Brand on the 8th. both doubly Cloathed

That he has been informed with in these few days
past that all the said Children were in good health
except the aforenamed John Wildman< no role > who dyed on the
4th. Instant

The Churchwarden also Reported that Martha
Collett< no role > one of the Parish Poor an Infant of the Age
of three years & Six Months or thereabouts was admi [..]
into the Wrokhouse on the 15th. Instant

Ordered that the said Child be sent as soon
as conveniently can be, well Cloathed to the other Child
to be Nursed.
