The Master of the Workhouse reported that

Ordered at the last Meeting to be sent to Nurse Meredith
at Barking side have been since sent there An [..]

Meeting still remains in the Workhouse agreed [..]
to the Order then made And also that
Hughes Ordered also at said Meeting to remain
Workhouse died there the Eighteenth April last
Also that Sarah Marchants< no role > was born in the [..]
the 4th. May last.

That Walter William Brown< no role > aged fi [..]
ten Months and twenty three days was admitted
into the Workhouse the 12th. day of said May

That Michael Williams< no role > was born in the
House the 20th May and was discharged therefore [..]
18th. Instant with his Mother

That Mary Garrad< no role > B. was born in the [..]
House the 1st. Instant.

And that John Johnson< no role > B. Aged [..]
Years Eleven Months and Nine days was [..]
into the House the 5th. Instant

Ordered that Peter Finch be sent to Nurse
Merediths Barking Side
