maketh oath that her Sd husband is now absent from
her in France That her Said husband lately lived in and
rented a house of the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds in
Dean Street
in the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate
in the Sd County for about the Space of nine Months
That her Sd husband has not Since rented a house of
Ten Pounds a year or upwards or Served Any Parish
office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done
any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement And that
she was lawfully married to her said husband.
