She this Deponent was a Single & Unmarried Woman &
(Whose Maiden name was Stapleton) She this Depont
was delivered of Child (Since baptized & registred
by the name of George Goulding< no role > ) in the Parish of
Allhallows Barking in the City of London The which
Child is a Bastard by reason that She this Depont
was never married to the Said Childs Father whose
name was Medley Goulding< no role > & who died about
two Years ago
