William Townsend< no role > who is now in the Work house belongg
to the Parish of St John Hackney in the Sd County) was
born in that Parish as she has been informed & believes
& to her Knowledge or belief he never rented a house of the
Yearly rent or Value of Ten Pounds or ever Served any
Parish Office nor ever Paid any Poors Rates or Kings
Taxes nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlement in his
own right & that She was married to her Sd husband at the
Fleet about thirty eight years ago
