Howard
< no role > deced maketh oath that her Said late husband
was heretofore hired & lived as a hired Servant by & with
John Everal< no role > a Victualler in the Victualling office in the
Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County at
Certain Wages & Continued in Such Service under Such
hiring for the Space of two Years & upwards That to
this Deponts Knowledge or belief her Sd husband did not
afterwards rent a house of the Yearly rent or Value of
Ten Pounds or Serve any Parish Office or pay any Poors
rates or Kings Taxes or do any Act to gain a subsequent
Settlement That She was lawfully married to her Said
husband & Since his death has not lived as a hired Servant
for a year or done Any Act to gain a settlement
for herself
