about eight years the Child of one Smallwood by his
wife who both died in America That the Said Child was
brought from thence to England & for Sometime past
hath resided & Still resides with one Mrs. Peariffth
in Maypole Court in the parish of St Botolph witht
Aldgate in the Sd County & was born in Charles Town
in America his Parents being Natives of America
& never did any Act to this Deponents knowledge
or belief to gain a Settlement in England
