The Voluntary Examination of Alice Falco< no role > late of
Farnham in the County of Bucks widow taken
on oath before me one of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
the 29th - day of December 1768

This Examinant upon her oath Saith That upon the
Twenty Seventh day of February last past in the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the Said County of
Middlesex She this Examinant was delivered of a Female
Bastard Child And that the said Bastard Child is likely
to become Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Boltoph
without Aldgate And that John Chandler< no role > of the Parish
of Christ Church in the County of Surry Gentleman
did get her with Child of the Said Bastard Child Wh [..]
Child hath been since Baptized and registered by the name
of Tamer Chandler< no role >
