was bound apprentice to Mr. Rawling a Barber
& peruke Maker in Torlley Street then in the
Parish of St. Olave but now in the Parish of
St. John Southwarke in the County of Surry
with whom [..] he duly Served his apprenticeship
& by Means thereof gained a legal Settlement
there And this Depont. Saith that her sd. Son
in law never Rented a house of Ten Pounds
a Year nor Served any Parish offices Nor
gained any Subsequent Settlement And this
Depont. Saith that he left a Widow Named Mary< no role >
and aChildSon named George Whittleton< no role >
Which he had by a former wife named Esther< no role >
the Danr of this Depont. which sd. George
Whittleton
< no role > is aged about Twenty four Years
And Which sd. Mary Whittleton< no role > hath gained no
legal Settlemt. but in right of her sd. Deced
Husband & which ye sd. George Whittleton< no role > hath gaine no legal settlement and in right
of his sd. father to ye knowledge or belief of this
Depont.
