Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
Singlewoman taken on Oath before me
Hickes H. Reynell< no role > D.D one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex this 5-Day
of April, One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Ninety Eight .

Who saith that on the Fourth Day of March
now last past, in the Dwelling House of
Mrs. Robinson situate in Red Cross Street in
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
aforesaid She was delivered of a Male Bastard
Child, since Baptized at Aldgate Church by
the Name of Charles Robinson< no role > , And that
one John Anderson< no role > (who went by the Name of
William Robinson< no role > ) late of St. Catherines
Lane but now of Portsmouth in the County
of Hampshire Mariner , is the Father of
the said Bastard Child
