William Shepheard< no role > maketh Oath
that about Twenty Six years ago he Rented
the Publick House called or known by the Name
of the Anchor & Crown in the Butcher Row in
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in
the County of Middlesex , & paid Twenty Eight
Pounds a year Rent for the said House, and
lived in the same about Six Months, that
he has not since he quitted the said
House Rented any House or Lodging of the
Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds or
paid any Poors Rate or Kings Tax or
done any Act to his knowledge or Belief
to gain a Subsequent Settlement
