to Bethlem Hospital in the room of James Fowler< no role >
deceased
and
that the Committee had approved the appointment
That the Committee had ordered that 10 Guineas be paid to Mrs.
Hellingsworth the Executrix to William Nixon< no role >
the late Porter
to
be applied to the use of his Daughter in Law and her three Children
And had directed the Surveyor to prepare plans and estimates
for such Repairs to the Hospital as the Court might authorize
them to perform in the present year
The minutes of the Committee of Auditors were read and confirmed whereby
it appeared
That the Committee recommended to the Court an adjustment
of any difference subsisting between this Hospital and Richard
Shawe< no role > This name instance is in set 2972.

That the Committee had concluded the Audit of the accounts
of both Hospitals and signed a Report thereof
And had resolved that the Treasurer do purchase £1000. 3 Pr. Cr.
reduced Annuities for the benefit of Bridewell Hospital
Also that it appeared to the Committee that new sets of books
had been made out this year with great care and exactness
which in their opinion deserved a special recompence The
Committee therefore recommended the same to the consideration
of the Court.
