The minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.

The minutes of the House Committee of the 5th: February last and
5th: March Instant were read and confirmed whereby it appeared

That the Committee recommended the Rt. Honble Lord Grenville
Thomas Morton< no role > Esqr . and John Whitmore< no role > Esqr . to be Governors
of these Hospitals.

And had ordered that a Lease be granted to to Mr. Daniel
Waldegrave
< no role > of a Farm at Claxby in the County of Lincoln for
19 Years from Lady day next at £90 Pr: Annum.
