Continued Thursday January 26th. 1797

Wednesday Decemr. 7th

That the Committee had approved of Francis Fownes
Luttrell
< no role > Esqr. Samuel Drewe< no role > Esqr Dr Reynolds and the
Revd. Samuel Crowther< no role > to be Governors of these Hospitals

And had Ordered that the large Engine belonging to
this Hospital, should be repaired at an expence not
exceeding £9-4-..

Wednesday Jany 4th 1797

That the Committee had ordered, the Surveyor to view
the Premises in Old Bethlem the Leases of which will
expire at Lady day next and Lady day 1798 and
report his Opinion as to the best mode of letting them

And that the Committee had consented that Peter
Thelluson
< no role > Esqr should assign his Interest in four
houses Sugar houses and Warehouses at Wapping to
Mr George Lear< no role > , that Mr Robert Grubb< no role > should Assign
his Lease of houses at Wapping to Mr John
Woolley
< no role > , that Mr Charles Porter< no role > should grant an under
Lease to Mrs. Sarah Butler< no role > of a house in Bishopsgate
Street now in her occupation, that Mrs Elizabeth
Hatford
< no role > should Assign the Lease of two houses in
Fowkes Court to Mr John Farrington< no role > , and that Mrs
Ann Wardell< no role > should Assign the Lease of a house
in Tudor Street to Mr William Hughes< no role >

And had ordered payments to be made amounting
to the Sum of £449-3-11

The Minutes of the Joint Meeting of the House Committee
and the Bethlem Committee on the 12th and 19th January last
were read and confirmed whereby it appeared.
